Payment Terms
When you book directly through Meridian 8 website, you should pay the total amount established just when it´s better for you, at least 10 days before the date.
But, if you prefer, you can contact our team and follow other terms:
Payment Methods
When you book a reservation for a Tour through the website, you should make the full payments
through Bank Transfer or in loco. Bank Transfer doesn’t include the payment of any additional fee.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, you should notify us immediately. Cancelling a book with Meridian 8 can result in cancellation fees applied by us. Please, check the following terms:
- More than 10 days before the scheduled departure: there is no cancellation fee;
- Less than 10 days: 100% cancellation fee.
According to the decree law no. 144/2015, we inform that in order to solve consumption conflicts, you must contact the Arbitral Committee of Tourism of Portugal at www.turismodeportugal.pt and for complainings www.livroreclamacoes.pt/inicio.
